You can use tea bags of camomile soaked in warm water, Vitamin C in a moisturizer and many other remedies....check our second book lamsat shifa for a few recipes!

Does the lower level of vitamine b12 cause hair lost ? i found last week that my level is 163 which is out of the normal level, i'm a vegetarian & i knew that almost all of vegetarians have this problem. I did the other tests (Fer, calcium&....) all r good. I'm now taking 3pills of omega3 a day & 1 rigendiet ... Is that enough ?

Vitamin B12 and other vitamins may be factors, but not the only cause...genetics, stress and a poor diet are other major factors!! Supplements should depend on your diet and blood tests and supervised by your docotr or health specialist!

I 'd ike to ask what are the food that increase the collagene Production ??
